Refund Policy:

- Registration fee is inclusive of all taxes and charges.
- Cancellations before Apr 26th 2024, are 100% refundable (although the Eventbrite platform mentions that Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable, we will cover that for you).
- Cancellations on or after Apr 26th 2024, are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

1. WAIVER AND RELEASE
The Participant hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges the Organizer and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and any other persons involved from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that the Participant may hereafter have for injuries, damages, or death arising out of the Participant’s participation in the business forum, including but not limited to, all risks associated therewith, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Participant agrees to keep in confidence and not disclose or use any confidential information shared during the forum, except as permitted by the Organizer or as required by law. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, any business, technical, or financial information, the existence and content of any talks, presentations, or discussions, and the fact that confidential information has been disclosed.
3. DIGITAL RIGHTS AND MEDIA RELEASE
a. Photography, Recording, and Digital Media: The Participant grants the Organizer the right to record, photograph, or capture the Participant's likeness in any media during the forum for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, without compensation to the Participant.
b. Social Media and Online Conduct: While participating in the forum, the Participant agrees to adhere to professional conduct when utilizing social media or any digital platforms related to the forum. The Participant agrees not to share proprietary information, confidential details, or any content that could harm the reputation of the Organizer, other participants, or entities involved.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any intellectual property, including but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, presentations, or materials shared during the forum remains the property of their respective owners. Any new intellectual property created during the forum, including but not limited to presentations, photographs, recordings, and other materials remains the property of the Organizer. The Participant agrees not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any such materials without explicit permission from the Organizer or their respective owners.
