Terms and Conditions
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering and becoming a member of Pickleball Minds, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- ACCOUNT SECURITY
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Any suspicious activity should be reported to forum administrators immediately.
- WAIVER AND RELEASE
The Member hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges Rally Sports and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and any other persons involved from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that the Member or the Participant may hereafter have for injuries, damages, or death arising out of the Participant’s participation in the business forum, including but not limited to, all risks associated therewith, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise. Rally Sports and Pickleball Minds is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the forum.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
The member agrees to keep in confidence and not disclose or use any confidential information shared during the forum, except as permitted by the Organizer or as required by law. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, any business, technical, or financial information, the existence and content of any talks, presentations, or discussions, and the fact that confidential information has been disclosed.
- DIGITAL RIGHTS AND MEDIA RELEASE
(a) Photography, Recording, and Digital Media: The Participant or the Member grants the Organizer the right to record, photograph, or capture the Participant’s likeness in any media during the forum for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, without compensation to the Participant.
(b) Social Media and Online Conduct: While participating in the forum, the Participant or the Member agrees to adhere to professional conduct when utilizing social media or any digital platforms related to the forum. The Participant or the Member agrees not to share proprietary information, confidential details, or any content that could harm the reputation of the Organizer, other participants, or entities involved.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any intellectual property, including but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, presentations, or materials shared in the forum remains the property of their respective owners. While the members retain ownership of their content and shared material on the forum, they grant Pickleball Minds a license to display and distribute their content. Any new intellectual property created during the forum, including but not limited to presentations, photographs, recordings, and other materials remains the property of the Organizer. The Members and the Participants agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any such materials without explicit permission from the Organizer or their respective owners.
- USER CONDUCT
Members must behave respectfully and courteously to all other members. No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior. Posting offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
- TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership will be automatically terminated at the end of the term period unless specifically renewed by the member.
Pickleball Minds and Rally Sports reserves the right to terminate membership for the members who do not abide by the rules and regulations of the forum. Rally Sports and Pickleball Minds reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion.
- REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS
Membership fee for Pickleball Minds is non-refundable.
- MODERATION and ENFORCEMENT
Rally Sports and Pickleball Minds reserves the right to moderate any user activity and to take actions against violations can include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Rally Sports and Pickleball Minds provides no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
- AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
The forum reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
- GOVERNING LAW
The Terms will be governed under the jurisdiction of the State of New Jersey.
