At Pickleball Minds, our role is to facilitate meaningful introductions, connections, and networking opportunities within the pickleball business community. We act solely as a facilitator of introductions and do not participate in negotiations, provide investment advice, or act as brokers or intermediaries in any transactions.<\/p>

To support our efforts in maintaining and growing this elite network, we may charge a consulting fee for successful introductions that result in transactions or partnerships. These fees are:<\/p>

  1. Strictly limited to introduction services and are not tied to securities transactions.<\/strong><\/h5><\/li>
  2. Not dependent on the structure or outcome of any transaction and are negotiated upfront.<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><\/ol>

    Participants and Members are encouraged to independently conduct due diligence and consult with their own legal and financial advisors for any business opportunities. Pickleball Minds does not act as a fiduciary, broker, or financial advisor in any capacity.<\/p>
